One of the main reasons I use Arc is because of how it handles search. The feature that stands out the most is called Browse for Me. Instead of just giving you a list of links like every other browser, it actually goes through a handful of pages, pulls the key details, and gives you a clear summary.
When I’m researching something or just looking for quick answers, this saves me so much time. I don’t need to open ten different tabs and scan through each one. Arc does the work in the background and gives me what I need in one view.
If I want to dig deeper, I can still open the full sources, but often the summary is enough to move forward.
The AI search feels like having an assistant built into your browser. It doesn’t replace proper research when you need depth, but for quick questions, comparisons, or overviews, it’s better than the normal Google-style search results. For me, that makes Arc stand out from every other browser I’ve used.
Other Features:

Outside of Browse for Me, Arc is still a solid browser overall. It’s based on Chromium, so all your usual sites and extensions work fine. The sidebar layout keeps tabs organised, and Spaces let you separate work, personal browsing, and reading lists.
Boosts and Zaps let you tweak sites to look the way you want. And sync across Mac, iOS, Windows, and Android means you can pick up where you left off on any device.
My Final Thoughts:
For me, Arc is all about that smarter browsing experience. The AI search and Browse for Me feature make finding answers quicker and more effective than on other browsers. The rest of the browser is well designed and capable, but this one feature is what keeps me coming back to Arc every day.
